With over 20 years of experience in capturing precious moments, Peter Grant, a professional wedding, portrait and corporate photographer, understands the art of composition and creativity, inspired and coached by his father, who taught him the art of photography and dark room techniques. Peter pursued the art of imaging as he trained and worked as a mechanical designer. Not being able to resist the call, he eventually retrained to study and practice his lifelong passion. He shoots exclusively in digital format in both black and white and colour.
Peter’s home base is in the Greater Toronto Area, and travels across North America upon request.
Family is important to him and he deliberately blocks off time to travel and enjoy the best that nature has to offer with his wife and two sons. His new grandson, enjoys the lure of the camera and feels compelled to “strike a pose” whenever he sees his “pappa”. His wife Karen, who has a knack for design and details, co-labours with her husband as they create a masterpiece out of each image.
